Full Job Description:
Lead major OSS/BSS CRM & IT initiatives in the organization
Work across all levels of IT/Customer Care Leadership and business partners to develop and manage CRM, IT and overall customer care technology strategies
Lead the RFI, RFP & implementation of the CRM & IT platforms
Lead posts go-live platform continuation and roadmap
Support strategic roadmap and platform growth initiatives and manage the adoption of new requirements, technology, and information processes.
Be hands on: Collaboratively help align our vision, advance capability along with actively participate in the implementation of that vision.
Required Skills Needed:
• Problem solver and critical thinker
• Analytical mind and research orientation
• Excellent verbal and writing skills (English & Hebrew)
• Project and time management skills
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Previous experience with implementation and management of Business & Operation Support systems (CRM, Billing, OSS, BSS, Marketing Automation)
